Test Comments: The third week of May was the first opportunity available for planting. Soil conditions were slightly damp but we were fighting a two day window. Emergence was excellent and corn was nice and uniform. Plants were shorter than average at harvest. Most ears were filled close to the tip, but not very girthy. Curt commented that two weeks ago, all the corn was really green but dried down quickly.
